Women In Leadership (WIL) Retreat Program
![]() The 2019 year-long program is now recruiting.
This series provides the conditions to access both internal and external resources to respond wisely, intentionally, and compassionately in work and life. WIL creates a learning community that explores leadership through stories, reflection, and dialogue. We explore questions of authenticity, meaning, and purpose in our work and develop tools to create congruence between our life and work. The program consists of a four-part series of retreats held over a year at a Minnesota retreat center. WIL is conducted by an experienced trio of facilitators who practice shared, collaborative leadership and learning. This cutting edge leadership model enables each participant to contribute their unique gifts and strengths as a leader and results in new leadership insights as a cohort Participants come from Canada, South America, and the U.S. and every possible background, including corporate executives, academics, writers and artists, and women in transition. They bring their rich life, work, and community experiences to the program. The leadership development journey does not end after the first year. Learning experiences available to members include Monthly Circles, Alumnae Reconnection and Renewal Retreats, and other special events.
