Our dream of offering an extensive Level 2 Conscious Embodiment workshop in the mid-west is becoming a reality. Wendy Palmer returns to the Twin Cities in April 2008 to offer a Friday evening to Sunday afternoon workshop that builds on her previous teaching. This workshop will be offered only to previous participants of Wendy's workshops, and will include a combination of group exercises, meditation, and discussion designed to meet the needs of the participants. It will be held at the Carondelet Center, which is a fabulous space to support our learning together. We hope you will make plans now to join us!

As you know, Wendy teaches a personal "centering" practice that cultivates an embodied presence that feels confident, compassionate and generous. Drawing on her experience in the martial art of Aikido and mindfulness meditation, Wendy has been teaching classes in Conscious Embodiment and Intuition Training for over twenty-nine years. She is a sixth degree Black Belt in Aikido. Her teaching, which is in high demand, is applied in personal life, as well as in coaching and corporate settings.

The workshop will be held at the Carondelet Center, 1890 Randolph Ave., St. Paul, MN, (between Cleveland and Fairview Aves.) only 10 minutes from the Minneapolis St. Paul airport. Directions.

Lodging is available at the Carondelet Center $40/night in single room and $35/night/person in shared room. Bathroom facilities are shared. Book your room on the Registration Form. It is a great place if you would like to have a retreat experience.
