Join us for an inspiring conversation with three leaders from our community for a panel discussion and small group
discussions about how women leaders can have greater impact on the issues important in our world today.

We plan to explore these 2 questions:
    What is most needed from women leaders today in our society and world?
    How can women have greater impact on the most important issues facing us?

Dr. H. Yvonne Cheek, president of the Millennium Consulting Group, is a strategic change consultant who has worked with leaders in philanthropy, higher education, government, and nonprofits to help take their organizations to the next level of impact. She has facilitated a White House Conference on Women and Leadership.

David O’Fallon is President of the Minnesota Humanities Center, where he brings his experience in education, the arts and humanities to articulate and strengthen what connects us as people and in community, not what divides us, with a core value for the voices often left out.

Nancy Seleski is Director, Supply Chain Services and Planning at 3M and a WIL alumnae. At 3M she has been instrumental in creation of the Women’s Leadership Network and is a sought-after mentor, as well as a strong sup-porter of STEM programs for younger women.
