Programs

The parent organization of the Women's Leadership Community (WLC) is the Center for Emerging Leadership (CEL). CEL's mission is to sponsor communities of practice, programs, and events.  At the center of our programs is the Women's Leadership Community Retreat Series. This program introduces women leaders to the principles and practices of our learning community. Participation in this series allows women access to Alumnae Events offered throughout the year.   In addition, CEL sponsors and co-sponsors other Events within the community on topics related to women, leadership, and wisdom.
