Since 1997, 3M has supported twelve women who have participated in the Center for Emerging Leadership's (CEL) year long Women's Leadership Community retreat series. The 3M Foundation continues to support the Women's Leadership Community through matching grant contributions made in honor of the many hours of continued volunteer time contributed by 3M women.

Changing the Universe through Women's Stories
Since 2002, the Minnesota Women's Press has supported four women who have participated in the Center for Emerging Leadership's (CEL) year long Women's Leadership Community retreat series. Minnesota Women's Press continues to support this leadership community through over $10,000 of in-kind donations, scholarships and hundreds of volunteer hours.
