The Women's Leadership Community is an intentional
learning community of practice for women founded in 1997. We believe that developing
ourselves as authentic leaders does not happen through one-time events, but through
an ongoing practice.
Our community offers women who have already developed
the basic skills of leadership an opportunity to take their leadership journey
deeper.
Through our introductory Retreat Series and ongoing events,
we explore
what it means to:
- Be a woman and a leader
- Bring authentic and courageous voice to our work
- Live in balance
- Create more of what we want, in our lives, in our work and in our communities
We develop leaders who create conditions for effective teamwork, a healthy work culture, and who can make difficult decisions with integrity. We welcome your participation and invite you to join us on a path towards greater wisdom in your work and in your life.
